Contrarion's StrategyBuying Sherritt as an "option" on nickel is actually a legitimate strategy.
It's extremely risky and anyone should realize that much like options, Sherritt's stock will expire if nickel prices don't recover in 2 years.
It's not rocket science. Oil guys do it all the time. By a garbage, high debt, and high cost oil producer and hope oil goes up and saves their as$.
Very risky strategy. I'd rather buy well run, profitable, growth oriented stocks for long term investment. Not risky garbage.
