I do not think TRPX would agree to that, but state that as a worst case senario.
If they met in the middle that would be $10.50/share.
Nice to see the price jump and hope it means something, but the price move is on very low volume of 46000 shares.  IF word leaked of news I would expect volume to spick a bit.
