Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

IN the CBC article, Tracey Rogers does not come off as a sophisticated investor, particularly if she is putting any weight in Gabby's half-assed report.
So where I have a problem with this is, did she really purchase her APHA shares because of the LATAM assets?
Most likely, the answer is no, and it was a friend or family member that advised her to make the purchase because the price was so low, and 'it's gotta go up'. Her lawsuit should be directed at those people.
But, as it stands, Tracey Rogers looks like she is just trying to rake the company over coals to make some extra cash to pay for Christmas.
Pathetic, lying person. If she really was so concerned, she would have sold her shares, not held on to them. Probably doesn't even know how to sell shares on her brokerage account. Should not have been invested in individual equities in the first place.
