Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I'm hoping the Board can quickly dispose of Vic and let Jakob take over.
The self dealing was unforgivable as was the lack of a timely response and hardly any communication with shareholders.  It is an absolute embarassment as a CEO.  Shameful really.
The investment community doesn't protest Hindeburgs research.  This tells me that they too know that LATAM and NUU were a self dealing fiasco.  Andy D may have raised the some eyebrows but he covers his butt well and everything he and Aphria have done is legal "enough"....is it ethical?  I don't think so but nobody cares about my opinion...and many people seem to think it was all above board and perfectly clean...LOL...that is almost comical if it didn't make me want to cry first...many of us were crucified on that hill....the same one where many "insiders" made an absolute fortune on our backs.  Disgusting but then that is the stockmarket...it is a den of theives and rogues.
Now to the next few months...I'm back in because there are sharks circling again.  When money is to be made they come out and look for the easy prey.  Aphria is an easy prey ATM.  Picking up APH under $15 is an absolute steal in this space.  So who is interested?  Hmmm...in Jan 2019 a company who has an amazing Pharma partner and hardly any production will be releasing a sh!t ton of shares onto the market.  I'd say a distraction via merger or aquisition would be enough to help them continue their accent.  The name Aphria needs to die...it is tainted and smells of corruption and has nobody to defend it other than Stockhouse fanboys who hold 1200 shares in their TFSA.  Not really what is neccessary.  I'd like a offer from a company with a name that doesn't start in "A".  Those companies need to go away.  Aphria/Aurora are my two least favourite "stories".  Both have executives that have feasted at the trough.  Both reducing shareholder value with their reckless management.  If both those names sink into the quicksand of 2019, it would be a good year in Cannabis. We'd all be in great hands because the stink would be off of us and we'd have the good name and connections of a partner plus the Mastronardi's as world class growers. (I've seen their operations with my own eyes and I can tell you that it is outstanding)  In the end I see Canopy, Cronos and Tilray as the main players when the dust settles.  I've been wrong many times but this time I'm more hoping that predicting. lol.
