Only 87,000 share traded, so this is just a couple shareholders hitting the panic button.
I will not be selling my shares at these levels.
I do not expect any further information about this deal and what HUGE was trying to change, but I think it is safe to assume that TRPX turned down 130million HUGE shares which would work out to be $8.00 per share, or better from HUGE.  So they company clearnly believes in itself and its ability to create better vlue for shareholders then that offer.
