I think it was just the whole sector that went down and HUGE was caught in it.
I do not think the deal helped but I do not think it was a major factor in the price drop.
I think now that the deal is terminated it looks bad on management at HUGE, so I do not think it will help the SP that the deal is cancelled.
HUGE is based mostly on hype, without the hype of the overall sector I do not think the SP moves much at all from where it is, pending significant news that turely increases the value of the company.
