RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal is now Done - way to go Alfred!!! PEA top pick for 2019

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal is now Done - way to go Alfred!!! PEA top pick for 2019"how do you explain AIMCO participation without the loan guarantee?"

Right, that doesnt make sense. Which is why in a post below I did not even guess at implications:

"With AIMCO letting PEA take over the IKM loans, and the $17m worth of private placements, PEA is now in a position to survive for a while without the UfK being granted. I'm not making a prediction from that, just noting the possibility."

Maybe the UfK is going to come later than expected?

Seems unlikely, but maybe there is a Plan B for long term financing of the IKM assets that AIMCO has bought into? (seems unlikely)

What do we know?

My spidey sense just tells me there is more than a coincidence to the timing of the $17m injection, and AIMCO letting PEA assume the $50m in loans. It is puzzling what material basis there could be for AIMCO doing that, other than the Germans very soon coming through. But...
