I think we are dreaming of we truly believe there will be anything left for us shareholders.  Once all the Severence and Golden parachutes are paid for there will be nothing left.  As far as a class action lawsuit - I have yet to any CAL return any dollars to shareholders - lawyers get rich (often VERY rich)  and management simply movs to the Bahamas.

We have been royally suckered on this one (just like TBE, NT, Sears, Laidlaw, Bre X) Management leaves laughing.
