RE:RE:Financing OptionsIf actions speak louder than words, then management of WHN look to exhaust every dime of the current share structure to better explore and define Shovelnose. If neccessary, insiders can always kick in a little more money over and beyond what is currently on the books. Needless to say, and given the costs to drill, a few more drill programs can very well be undertaken prior to any new financing needs. But will that be a broker assisted PP and a process that will require multiple trips to the market to finance the project going forward? I doubt it. In my take, and as evident by Strongbow Exploration, WHN will most likely seek a "Strategic Partner" and one with deep pockets and mine know how who will be a "long term" holder of shares. In this approach, the "public float" of shares outstanding will pretty much remain unchanged. In addition, and if recently completed magnetic surveys and geophysis initiatives support similar potential on Skoonka and Prospect Valley, then I would not be surprised if any "buy in" by a "major" did not come in at a "premium" to the current stock price "at that time". Admittedly, conjecture and speculative opinion on my behalf but I do not envision WHN undertaking PP's to 4 month and one day dumpers.
GLTA and Merry Christmas!
