If there is one thing for sure...there is a very large disconnect between the current price and what this company is REALLY worth.

its simple:

$33,000,000 Inventory (200 units x $165,000) even if discounted this totals $20 million
$20 ish Million Cash 
-$20 million Debt (that will convert so it doesnt need to be paid back but will delute)

This equals $33,000,000 give or take a few buck depending on how you view things. So based on our current shares outstanding that gets you to a per share value of about 34 cents.

THIS DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT OUR PATENTS, R&D, THE 80L, SALES TEAM, REVENUE FROM THE 90 PLUS UNITS IN THE FIELD, PARTNERSHIPS AND FDA APPROVAL!!!!!!! Personally i believe this is worth at LEAST $50 Million.

So lets do the math on that....

$33,000,000 Inventory (200 units x $165,000) even if discounted this totals $20 million
$20 ish Million Cash 
$50 Million
-$20 million Debt (that will convert)
$83 million Net Asset Value.  

OR 84 cents per share...Without taking into account, potential revenue or the major changes that we are seeing in the industry....Almost everyone in the industry wants to move from HLD to Sterilization.
