Well, as I said before "statement of claim" discovery will be pressed into March/April followed by settlement of undertakings to see if enough evidence exists to go to trial in a Court of Law.
Can take 2-3 years to clean up ( max is 5 ) unless the value is greater than 1.5 million.......then up to 10 years.
