Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Guys....

RE:Guys....100% Agree. The fact that his "likely Wednesday" interview is now 10 days pastdue was the final straw as the lawyers prevented him from releasing the rebuttal and causing further damage. He has failed his fiduciary duty to Aphrian stakeholers. The uncertainty that Trump has caused in the US does not help, but atleast we could have had the opportunity in early November to sell some of our holdings over $25 and likely still be trading around $18-20. Vic leaving is now a top catalyst because he is the primary reason we are at these levels.

There will be nothing to the insider dealing allegations, nothing at all, but he has to fall on the sword for blowing a done deal with Altria at $22 6 weeks ago. That’s unforgivable and was a gross error in judgement. We would all be in a much better spot right now had that deal happened. I think he will retire in January, they will bring in a high profile replacement as Chairman, and likely have more news, including a partnership. I think the BOD is biding their time with the response to setup a bunch of strategic announcements to start 2019.

happy holidays to all.
