It didn't make sense to me that we could get 1:1 spinoff shares when there are so many more Bevo shares than Cubic but now I see the footnote on the bottom of the slide that says after a 46:1 split (exact number unknown). So total outstanding Cubic shares will rise from just over 2 million to just under 100 million.
