Whabouchi Mine

Whabouchi MineI revisited the NR regarding the mine workers. 200 workers will be trained between February 2019 and October 2019. One thing the NR does not make clear is whether they will be undergoing ongoing training while working, or whether they will be training only at the institute until October 2019. It seems to be a bit of a semi-mystery how NMX will be shipping Spudomene Concentrate in the second half of 2019.
