There is 90.9 mill shares now fully diluted.existimg 28.7mik plus 31.1mil shares at the 9 cents pp plus the 31.1mil warrants at 13 cents.equals the 90.9mil.The patent tech they have cost 30 mil to create so the tech mcap alone is worth 33 cents a share even as a buyout.it is a 300 to 400 percent return from current sp just for the technology.i also see them being revenue positive in the near future as well which makes them more in the 1 to 2 dollar a share range.
