Needless to say, these tens of millions of penny warrants that Chuck and his gang of insiders still needs to redeem at 2 point something cents by February and March of 2019 is nothing more than a huge boat anchor to the rest of the shareholders here.

Instead of taking action to enhance shareholder value, these warrants and some of the questionable managment actions that he has taken has instead only served to destroy shareholder value, as is clearly evident in the movement of the share price over the past year.

So far, an absolute and total fail from my point of view short term.
