It`s unfortunate, but reality tells us (especially in the stock market) that are too many unscrupulous individuals who will do what`s necessary for personal gains at the expense of others. And that`s what you have here with LGC. Your Chairman is a bad guy! There is way too much evidence of that. The deals that have been orchestrated here over the past couple years are rotten to the core. There was a poster here who use to frequent quite often called Duckdive. He was hated, and labelled a basher. Indeed he was, but he brought valuable information to the board, but was always admonished and tar and feathered for his views. Unfortunately, if some of you would of further explored some of his findings, my guess is you may not have pulled the trigger on this investment. Furthermore, I have dropped in here occasionally to try and convey my thoughts as well, only to be chastised, called names etc, etc. And I`ll reiterate, I`m not here to say told you so`, but I did. LGC was $1.00 per share last January on an orchestrated pump that was contribed internally and then further shorted way down and now sits where it is. More importantly, there is very little chance that LGC will ever get much better in terms of its SP. Yes, I know the diehards will rebutt me here and say, we have Little Green Pharma, Global Canna Labs, AAA TRichomes about to happen etc. You`re not wrong, but they will all need $$ to continue and therein lies the problem. Money is almost gone and with the amounts they will require to continue these projects, where does it come form. IT DOESN`T !!
I know it`s extremely difficult to have to cut your losses, sometimews big ones (been there too often), but get out with something. Things will not get better here. Sure, you may see the odd day with an increase in SP, but it can`t be sustained. I spent some time last night combing through the last quaterly filing for LGC. Wow, extremely depressing for a shareholder and their annual filing is due very shortly and it will no doubt be a disaster. I could go into all the specifics of the prior deals, but I`d be writing here for hours. Very very sad that the only two things that have increased over the past year plus is LGC`s debt and mangement compensation. So in closing, I`ve made my point whether you think it`s valid or not, I think the SP tells all.
