Jim Paulsen interview on CNBC homepageThinks we're close to the bottom of this panic selling. Also says he sees a rebound in the first half of 2019 to all time highs on S&P. If he's right, and we get great Q4 earnings we'll be right back up near our highs. With a VA announcement too who knows. I'm buying a bit more today.
