Boxing Day
Markets in Canada are closed on Dec 26 but US markets are open. 

Lot of people probably sold or bought today to protect themselves from the US market falling again Dec 26 and they can't trade because Canada is closed.  Who knows what  stupid things trump and company will say over the next two days.
