It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Getting out

Would be as bright as the last deal they just did. They made a mess but they didn't destroy the resource. Hopefully the new year will bring better deals. Like securing a loan in 2019 that finances the balance and no more share give aways. Saying we needed 22 million to build a road is absurd. I said something stupid. Saying we got Chinese money and that was plenty enough. We don't get the money without the give away. My mistake.
