Vocabulary this....Merry Christmas. 

We are now trading with 103 Million Shares as per SH quote. Up from 72 Million shares. 31 mil more. Wonder if we are going to get news on the shares being issued much sooner than the March end deadline? Why else would they be in the O/S now??? 

Anyone have any input?  25 mil market cap now. 16.5 mil net of cash.
