What is the market cap? Cash situation? Burn rate?
A stock that has already had its run and is now looking at building a full blown mine trades at a way lower valaution than it did during its find... they can trade this way for years.. then they get valued at a different multiple going forward as they produce actual revenues..
None of us are interested in buying into a fully valued or over valued miner in that position. Look at Sabina (SBB.TO).. its cash rich.. has a straight path to its new mine.. and trading at $1.20 (Well off its peak)... yeah it will double or more from here as it moves ahead.. and I consider it a strong buy like everyone else..but over the next 6-12 months it will recoup its lost gains.
