In hindsight, he was responding to what he knew would be a very long appeals process when the STANS default award of 2014 was successfully challenged by the Kyrg Republic based on venue... and not merits of the case. His sales here, if correct, I believe are a non event. $500 at best for the 30k shares you stated. I still believe the first shoe, namely the Atomic Energy Committee decision, will drop any day now. Again... cautiously opto.istic here.
