RE:RE:also if you do a little more due diligence

RE:RE:also if you do a little more due diligenceNot all ships.  Not ships that have been dashed on the rocks!  If you follow and own both of these companies as I do, you know that I am opinionated when I feel there are better moves to be made by management and not afraid to bring it to them or ask the tough questions.  There are more and more competition showing up, doing all things pot, some very well financed and well managed.  The operative word is competition.  Seems to be a couple of competitors a week applying for CSE listings, a lot of them US companies.
A lot of people thought the farm bill would make all the problems go away, specifically with cbd, but it isn't true.  It will make it easier for growers but not for value added manufacturers who get caught in the same old trap of CBD being lumped up with THC which is considered a drug and any claims about health benefits, cures and such have to go through the FDA in much the same process as Big Pharma's Products.  The Feds haven't straightened it out for CBD or THC but have left it to the pro States to run their own show until such time as they hear otherwise.
CBD has less pitfalls as far as being detrimental to one's wellbeing and a lot of people are using it in all forms and claiming pain relief, relaxation, less seizures and other benefits, but if that gets put on a label it has to get by the FDA.  Same with THC which is the more dangerous of the two.  There are manufacturers that have done the process with the FDA and there are products on pharmacy shelves.
That brings us to recreational use which is of concern because of the thc which gives the high and history of overconsumption that results in hospital visits.
Consumers are desperate for pain relief and some use one or both of the cannabinoids, legally if licensed, or if the products make no health claims.  I sense that there will be a lot more consumers looking for pain relief than looking to get high, which makes the creamer at Starbucks seem very viable.
I don't blame Jeff for backburnering the cbd products in favour of a ready made market that has people lining up for thc goods especially given that bottling line time seems to be in short supply, plus it will be a higher margin item and those flavours of Hemplify could easily have THC added to them instead of CBD or they could put both in them, so they aren't a total loss of effort and dollars.
I am confident that this will all sort itself out in the future and winners will emerge.  Products that are consistent, stable and  best flavoured will be the survivors and moneymakers.  Tinley has a good headstart and we are months away from our own bottling facility.  The biggest greenrush is yet to come and that is the US swinging their doors open wide for a new legal vice and any imagined or percieved health benefits that come along with, because a lot of consumers did their homework and are waiting for the FDA to catch up.  glta and dyodd
