This is not your best post. You know very well what BBD is doing and for what reason and this is not creative accounting or cooking the books. In my view, this is an intelligent transaction that any company would do whether or not they have financial issues.
They did 2 different transactions that both make a lot of sense. First they want to collect their money on a sale that I assumed they made years ago if it was one of the first client to take delivery. So I assume they did not plan the scheme that you allude they did 2-3 years ahead of time. So in doing so, and without any monkey business, they improve their cash flow and reduce their interest expenses.
Second transaction, they rent an aircraft that they will use only for a short period of time. It is probably cheaper to do this than to use one they just manufactured as the rent is probably cheaper than the revenue reduction resulting from the sale later of a used aircraft. So on this one, I tend to agree with clubhouse when he accuses you of negativism with intent!
