I can see 8 shares of Aphria for 1 share of Tilray at $71 USThis would give Aphria a cash value of $12 US and only increase Tilray's shares outstanding from 93 million shares to about 125 million shares outstanding! It would be one hell of a great deal for Tilray and Aphria shareholders would benefit as well! I hope both of these companies see the complimentary benefit of this type of deal! GLTA
