But yes, the CEO is well invested in the debentures.  From what I can see in their filings, he must have bought more in 2016.  I recall at the time of the dutch auction, he stated that he wasn't going to sell any debentures, in the dutch auction.  So he does have a vested interest in getting more value out of the debentures.

The main hope is to clean the company up, and then a quick flip into a larger producing firm.  The status quo is not viable, with executives sucking out big salaries, from a declining asset base.
