RE:BOMBARDIER Going Private ?

RE:BOMBARDIER Going Private ?Serge,  just a few comments.  I know nothing about this business but here are my concerns:

to much money involve.  How much money are we talking about?  3B shares at $3/share (if either them or with the help of deep pocket can keep the price low) plus $9B in debts, plus another $2B to buy out the government with their $ position (minus their $ position in the JV (as I do not believe they would want to be in a partnership with Airbus) minus deep pocket $ contribution (45 or 50%?).  Now if deep pocket is a Bairns or GS or whoever else (keeping in mind that they would have already started to buy shares at cheap prices long before making their intentions public, I wonder how significant for them is the remainder they have to buy?.

the 2 goverments will oppose to that
 or ask for full refund.

Remember that governments are very vulnerable to blackmails when companies start to talk publicly about employment, job losses, etc.  Governments might care much less than you think because who would be losing money?  Shareholders? Governments and the Public do not have much sympathy for shareholders.

public will be strongly against -big time for all we know

I am not too sure about that.  Who cares about shareholders if jobs are saved and governments are reimbursed their investment (or make the public to think so)?

the family is not happy on how the stock is manipulated

this part I totally agree with you.

THIS will change as i dont see how the stock cannot improuve in 2019 and up ...to much great thing in the pipe line

What certainty do you have about this?  The company started to improve around 3 years ago and since there has been more and more great things in the pipe line and look at the results so far?

I have always been very positive about Bombardier and I still am about the future of the organization but now I am starting to be concerned about who is going to reap the benefits for this long wait.
