Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Why? would Vic turn down an offer from Altria in the low 20's for the traunches and give up control. For an offer in the low 10's and give up control. This is either the dumbest deal ever and Vic and the executives need to be removed, or, is this a genius play to get a better offer and cause the share price to rise to where it belongs in the high teens. So that other suitors will pay a respectable price for Aphria. I am hoping it is the later. One problem is, I cannot say how Quintissential or HIndenburg are going to play this out. Again, if the executives accept this offer. We need to confirm our intentions by voting this down. Your hard earned money is not being fairly represented by this GGB offer. Also, I would not believe that the directors would sign off on this either. They have to represent a fudiciary responsilbility and must protect the share holders interest.
