Nickel/Cobalt/Oil.....S will continue flat to lower until Nickel makes a decent move....wait a quarter or two for leaks to appear, will see twenties yet... insiders' can buy it all, a flood of shares is headed their way....insider buying won't save S, only higher commodity prices!!!
