RE:GLK.v/NovoCarbon news

RE:GLK.v/NovoCarbon newsQuite a lot information provided 5 to 12 and my gut feeling is split.

Good:
Clarity for why no information had been provided last weeks and missing progress on the company name change process.
Reliable statement related SJC topic - first installment payment not received and further update on agreement with SJC in negotiations which are expected to be finalized until end of January.
What a wonderful list of companies names where GLK has been already received approval to deliver - without any details a marketing tool.
Funding requests besides to NY state to US Department of Defense and Department of Energy where I think the other and bigger part of public funding may come from.

Bad:
Further waiting period for approval by OSC and afterwards process to change companies name with shareholders approval.
All updated documents look like they had to be reworked by OSC request which is not that good for stakeholders to notice.
As the NR is more or less past orientated I still wait for an updated business plan (forecast in costs, revenue, R&D ...) ... I have understanding for confidental agreements with their customers but you'll miss on the other hand required transparency to your investors.

More to come ...
