I owned a lot of Tricon at $5 a share, I sold it at $11, and now I am back in big time at $9.40. I just love this company, the management and their holdings.

It is trading at levels below the acquisition of Silver Bay!!! It is a steal here and this will go $15 in normalized markets.

BUY when it is cheap.
