Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

This is what I believe happened.

This is what I believe happened.Okay after my last post I really think this is whats going on.

Vic has been relieved of duties, he refuses to quit as he wants his salary. The board is trying to embarrass him into resigning to avoid paying hi out.

Vic in a brilliant move got GGB to make a bid...Hoping one of 2 things happens...

1). Aphria finally fire him and pay him out

or

2). The bid is accepted and thru the new company Vic remains in charge and gets a final screw you to the company.

There is noway if Vic is acting in the best interest of APHA he allows this bid to happen, also it would explain why APHA hasn't allowed Vic to make a statement on the Hindenburg allegations.

1). Hes no longer in charge.

2). If they allow someone else to make a statement it hurts the stock price even more as people know their is turmoil.

At this point Aphria just needs to suck it up, and announce that someone else is acting CEO...if you don't want to pay Vic out, move his office to the broom closet leave his title as CEO, but let the market know person X is in charge now, while Vic will continue working in a CEO capacity under new initiatives.
