Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tilray is one LP that I think will make moveCritical thinking, buying access and maket share cannot be photographed.  The total value of these assets will be paid for in a less than one quarter of full company production. Setting the stage for future growth is a good thing especially when the costs will be much higher once US legalizes and trys to dominate LATAM. In the big pictre we got a bargin and as an investor I see a huge upside and could care less who we bought them from.

2.  Agree that it could be a good time for a company to acquire APHA at a discount.
3.  Have you read the short report in full? (I have).
4.  Do you think the pictures of some of the LATAM assets purchased, shown in the short report, are not actually assets owned by APHA?
5.  I would argue that the "goofball's" report did do something to not only APHA, but the cannabis market as a whole.  Did you see the share prices of major LP's in the weeks following?  (Using the excuse that the entire market was down is not a valid reason.  The drop of the S&P was pale in comparison to the MJ LP's).

Even if ONE of the pictures is truly something that was purchased by APHA - I would call management into question.  I really do hope APHA makes it - that's best for everyone; but if any of those pictures turn out to be accurate, then $%^&*&^%$#@!!!!!

If other suitors looked into the false allegations that Grego and the boys said from the short report and noticed its all BS and that Aphria is legit then why not while Aphria is low? lol That Goofballs last 2 reports did NOTHING to the stock price what does that tell you? :() Happy New year to you sir!
