RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Let's Hope BEW Lets Investors Know What's Happening 1st WeekI called and also emailed to IR but no response (BTW I did not offer to subscribe in raise) . You got no response. That only means management is "not responding" questions on raise.
You may call the Paradigm Capital, agent for the raise, to see if they take your money for raise.

Fact is BEW so far has not declared that they have raised the fund. I really think they could raise the fund but now something is not right.
Facts are:
- The raise got WAY more complicated by the fact that the stock price went MUCH lower than the raise price. Management has had to pivot.
- Negociating and signing with strategic partners does take time especially if you have to more around their schedules.
Yes no one likes uncertainty I get that. The longer this takes to close the more investors will be questioning their investment. But there's honestly no point in worrying about the company. Insiders at ALL levels in the company are contributing $400-500k in the PP -- this tells us everything we need to know. Would the CEO and COO add to their already large positions (16% each before the raise) if they didn't think the company's future looked brighter than ever? Same arguments goes for the employees at other levels in the company hierarchy that are contributing.
