RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:also if you do a little more due diligenceNot sure if ur talkin' to me but if my memory serves me correctly, I got in at .15c with a .25 warrant back in the day when there was lots of excitement. When that fundraiser happened the stock was trading at about .35c and the fundraiser was so oversold that I only got a half of what I agreed on.
California is a good idea and should have rolled out a lot easier than it is because of them being the first to swing the doors open for medical marijuana and compassion clubs and co-ops. Since then they have gone the opposite way and are over-thinking every step at every level of government in an effort to get control and get rid of the black market for the safety of the product, to protect consumers.
The uninformed think it is just a weed and anybody can grow it, but even Canada's licensed producers have had large crop failures that couldn't pass scrutiny from the watchdogs, and that was in controlled atmosphere greenhouses, not open fields like in California. The US is going to school on Canada's success and innovation for legal and medicinal marijuana and a good supply of compliant, safe and tested product might be in short supply, just like Canada is experiencing. If everybody drops the standards it is self defeating to get it out of the hands of the black market. Things are what they are until such time as they are not.
Protectionism is losing its grip on the US marijuana biz with a lot of established US companies circumventing the FEDs and going for Canadian stock exchange listings, even as more and more States are going for legal rec use for adults. It will sort itself out, in time, I believe.
Tinley had the courage to go public and go for California for beverages both rec and pharma, despite the Federal legislation hanging over the US. Since then there has been some serious companies throw their hat into the ring to do beverages too and with intent to segway into the adult beverage market When I really became aware of the changing playing field and rules and regulations, it is a wonder anybody persevered, but Tinley did, and has a headstart against the competition, with market tested products on shelves in Cali. The odds are not for the faint of heart, which is when I am thankful for our team of experienced, successful talent that we have on board. glta and dyodd
