And in all fairness, Vic remains as one of 10 Directors on the Aphria Board and he is still the Chief Executive Officer of Aphria. So I assume the the investigation and the rebuttal about to be released has certainly vindicated all insiders of any wrongdoing.
I am thinking that good governance of large corporations such as Diageo require the Chair to be independent? And that may be the sole reason for the change in the zchair?
Now more important, what is happening this week besides HNY?
