The reason we are where we are now is that the company is almost out of money.....and needs to either get a new loan, arrange financing through a private placement, or bring us a new deal.

I am sure the counter offer by FSD was much less than the original 12 dollar offer, but I hope management did not turn down 9 bucks a share hoping to cash in on more in these difficult markets......Israelis can be stubborn sometimes and have a bit of an ego.
