turtle vs hareIts a new year and what this means is that apr.un will be raising rents again this year by about 1.5%. Thats great news for apr.un shareholders at a time when most analysts have cut the growth rate forcasts on about 50% of the S and P 500 stocks.
Also China manufacturing showed that it is in contraction. That could spread to many more countries. As I have said in the past. Stay away from industrial reits. Apr.un may be the turtle in the race but it will eventually get you there.
