Hill Incorporated is a progressive bioscience implementation company. It is engaged in building pathways to better and healthier living by leveraging its consumer-packaged goods (CPG) expertise to commercialize technologies to craft cannabis solutions and non-alcoholic beverage products globally. Its Hill Avenue Cannabis business unit is pioneering the space where craft consumer products meet bioscience by combining its CPG commercialization expertise with its rights to use Lexaria Bioscience Corp’s DehydraTECH patent portfolio for product development, licensing and business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer sales of cannabis ingredients or products on a global scale. Its Hill Street Beverages business unit represents its legacy alcohol-free consumer beverage marketing and distribution business. It provides DehydraTECH-enabled B2B solutions for both cannabis extractors and ingredient suppliers and CPG manufacturers whose products are infused with cannabis and or hemp extracts.

RE:RE:RE:New 52 week low, Thank you Hill Street!Man this an investment, gotta be patient. Time will reward those that are. Also, they can certainly go into the states with their non-alc beverages, what's stopping them? They are just trying to get a solid foundation in Canada at the moment. I suspect they will go into the states after that

The problem I have with this company is that I, unfortunately, got drawn in by a great presence by Donelly, on the interviews he was on before they went public. He spoke very clearly as though there were many great things going on behind the scenes. Unfortunately I thought those great thing would have been a little more than the equivalent of him handing out flyer's in his neighbourhood.
The minor associations they have established with the likes of the Arthritis foundation and a small agreement with Quebec really don't add up to a hill of beans in the big picture. With the passing of the FarmBill, the big players in the US. now have an incentive to put a little effort into their non alcoholic beverages, and will waste no time saturating the market. Prior to this, the big players didn't waste much time with the non alcoholic beverages as it wasn't really worth effort for such a small market. This gave little HillStreet a chance to carve out a tiny market. But even with very little competition, they barel survived. If they hadn't gone public when they did, that major pending lawsuit could have bankrupted them.
Now, with the typical Canadian Government that always has to over complicate and screw up just about everything it touches, as was very evident with the recreation rollout, they will make this an even more extreme challenge for HillStreet. I disagree with those here that believe the possible Canadian labelling restrictions with level the playing field. I believe the exact opposite. If HillStreet can not use the  awards, quality and taste of it's current beverages, it takes away the only micro chance they had to compete against the big boys. Not to mention, HillStreet is currently limited to the extremely small market that is Canada.
I fear the big players will now leave Hill Street Loosing future sales of their Current beverages as more non alcoholic drinkers will flock to the nonalcoholic CBD infused beverages for the medicinal benifits. As for the taste, the big players will have no problem surpassing Hill Street once they put a little effort into it, which they won't waste any time doing now that there is so much monetary potential there.
HillStreet needed to have a lot more in place before they went public. Donelly certainly made it sound like they did, but the reality so far tells a much differert tale. If they don't currently have something major in the works, I believe they will fail badly. Timing for such a small player is/was so critical. Canada is way too small of a market, and the Canadian government's  gross incompetence only makes it that much worse.
Here's hoping I'm wrong, and Donelly actually has something magical up his sleeve, because it's definitely going to take a lot of magic now, to save this company.
