follow that link and read that : 

A private company, TLV, seems to have taken the properties over.  Then most recently sold the properties to Endomines, a European mining company.  Check their websites and read about our old properties.

BTW they were sold for around 30+ million US dollars.  GO figure.  

PEM had around 40 million shares outstanding so that works out to .80C US a share.  

Us PEM shareholders got the shaft!!
