RE:RE:RE:what happened to there properties I don't know how the "lease" to TVL turned into ownership such that PEM was left with nothing.  Anybody know anything about TVL Gold LLC?  If any of the former PEM managment or directors are associated with TVL, it could be a conflict of interest.  Litigation potential?
