RE:RE:NEWS OUT!! This seems to be similar to the Elephant Extracts deal. I could be wrong but I don't think there's any dilution or funding required on RQB's end for these deals.. RQB lends it's technology, facility design etc and a license extension in return for an ongoing 15% royalty on gross revenue production.
