RE:Patent appeals court date set May 10, 2019

While the May, 10 2019 hearing at the request of ESN to address the "motion of costs" there is a hearing set for FEB 20, 2019 which I believe deals with the actual appeal. I found this when searching the court docket for cases+appeals. Here is the website, click the "Fed Court + Appeals court" and put in the company name. Click the "RE" link toi see the filings.

I tried but unable to access the docs filed by Essential regarding the total legal costs which they are attempting to recover. Anyone have any guess? I'm thunking 7-10Mil.
