RE:RE:Patent appeals court date set May 10, 2019Hopefully, the judge reaffirms the verdict shortly after the Feb 6, 2019 court date and the May 10, 2019 date would require Packer Plus to post a signifigant piece of collateral/bond in the event they wish to push this all the way to the Canadian Supreme Court. Legal costs at the moment likely sit at aboot 50-60M and would continue to rise if they decide to continue. At some point, Schlumberger who own a minority stake in Packers needs to sit them down and get them to end this nonsense.

I tried but unable to access the docs filed by Essential regarding the total legal costs which they are attempting to recover. Anyone have any guess? I'm thunking 7-10Mil.
