RE:construction ready project by November, 2019.Unless we get a flurry of milestones in the next few months , construction 2019 is pie in the sky.  im not a basher (8 yrs in )  but i have little faith  EPO is exploding in 2019  ,, 2020 construction maybe,,  cheers!
