RE:reallyObviously, you have no idea what you're talking about.  Sure, you bet, China "is going nowhere in a hurry."  I don't call 6% to 7% annual economic growth "going nowhere!  That still is a hyper growth rate.  And vanadium already in demand/supply imbalance.  China sure isn't going to stop its construction!
