Hope you are right, Highlander

Hope you are right, HighlanderI hope it isn't just people buying back after 30 days, following tax loss selling.

The moves before the open & the order size gives me hope that something is up.

On a tangent, I had a few shares NULGF in a taxable account that I wanted to shift into an IRA  in 2019.

Rules say youhave to deposit cash to IRAs.

Being in the U.S. I normally trade better against the OTCQX.com order book.

I don't know if it is recent, but after two days of selling & buying I finally gave up & bought GSV with a small portion.  I couldn't  get my orders to reflect/display when they should have, nor could I hit any of the generous bids at the open.  People were selling into bids below mine.  The Toronto volume was 179,000, versus 79,300 on the OTCQX.  Toronto quotes were higher all day.  I was licensed for decades, and it sure appeared crooked.  Yes crooked.  I appreciate others have observed that in the past.  If I was a virgin before, I'm not after that.
