RE:More good news from MPX managementSo if my back of napkin math is correct the volume weighted average price of the last 10 trading days is around $0.855. 

4.9 / 0.855 = 5,731,000 shares roughly will be issued to pay for this.

Hoping this temporarily drives share price to the high $0.80s tomorrow , planning to load up one final time before they merge.
