Good response - payout ratio is at 90% and will be lower after the resets at the start of this year which are projected to average a +4%.  For posters that don't follow this company closely it is good to have someone who posts facts as opposed to others whose goal is to try to whip up negative sentiment for their short  position or to gain a better entry point.

Thought maybe the poster who responded to you might turn over a new leaf in 2019 but he is still bashing AD and being condescending and rude to posters who don't agree with him. There is a way to disagree without being abrasive. I have him on ignore and haven't posted on this board after his very rude reply to my post in November - wasn't planning to post here again but I appreciate Capharnaum's posts and thoughts and his input to the discussion is valued.
